Nilgiri SFTGFOP1 Tea 125g

A strong single origin leaf tea from the Nilgiri Hills, or Blue Mountains, in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu.

Readers of our informative newsletter will know that SFTGFOP1 grade tea is the highest you can get. It stands for Super Fine Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe 1 

If you are looking for a tea that is less astringent that Darjeeling and lighter than Assam, then the fragrant smooth flavour of Nilgiri tea will delight.

Brew with boiling water and leave to infuse for 3 - 4 minutes.
